  2. How do I get a copy of the current Electric Service Guide?
    The Electric Service Guide is available as a PDF at PNM.com/esg.
  3. How do I get a copy of the Line Extension Policy?
    The Line Extension Policy is available at your local PNM electric service center.
  4. Can I use the online service to pay my Agreement for Services Contract or Line Extension Agreement?
    Payments for Agreement for Service Contracts or Line Extension Agreements can be done online by clicking the Pay Now Button at PNM.com/eRequest or paid in person at your local PNM electric service center.
  5. Once PNM receives my contract and payment, when will my project be constructed?
    Your assigned PNM project representative can provide you with a construction time frame. You can also check the status of your project at PNM.com/eRequest.
  6. Once I receive my electric pre-final inspection, when can I expect electric service?
    Your assigned PNM project representative can provide you with a construction time frame. You can also check the status of your project at PNM.com/eRequest. Typical scheduling for construction is 2 weeks out from PNM receiving my contract and payment.
  7. How do I schedule an appointment to open PNM equipment or schedule a Disconnect / Reconnect?
    A licensed electrical contractor will need to sign a Request and Agreement for Access to PNM Equipment. You can obtain a copy at your local PNM electric service center. You also will be required to provide a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million and a copy of your electrical license (either an EE98 or EL-1).
  8. Can I use the online service to pay my electric bill?
    You can pay your bill online by registering from the home page of PNM.com.
  9. How do I apply for the PNM solar energy program?
    You can apply at PNM.com/solar
  10. How do I know my project has been assigned?
    Once your application is received, you will receive a confirmation email that your project has been assigned. You can also check your project status by logging into PNM.com/eRequest for additional information.
  11. What happens if I don’t receive a confirmation email or cannot log into Electric Service eRequest?
